Only products purchased directly from the website can be exchanged at the DSI Exclusive stores. If you purchased your products at a retail store or from another website, these products must be returned or exchanged at the original store or site from which they were purchased. You may return new, unworn, or unused products in their original box within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the goods were shipped to you. If the goods have been used, they will be returned to you, and no exchange will be offered.
Exchanges do not apply for sale items or discounted items.

You have 7 days from the shipping date to exchange your DSIFootcandy Online purchase.
Exchanges are only available for your item’s sizes.
If a product has any defects/damages an exchange will be placed FOC and in the case, a Shoe cannot be exchanged, you are able to select a new Shoe of the same value or opt for a refund.
For size exchanges, keep the following key things in your mind,
- International branded footwear (Puma / Reebok / Fila / Asics / RedTape / Modare / Jessica / U.S. Polo Ass. / Von Wellx / & Clarks) can be only exchanged at DSI Premier showrooms and exchanges from branded outlets (Ex: Puma / Reebok outlets) will not be permitted.
- Other brands can be exchanged through any of our DSI outlets subject to availability.
- Footcandy.lk will only allow exchanges for items that are of the same or lesser value as the original style purchased. If you would like to make an exchange for a style of a higher value than the item originally purchased, you need to pay the balance amount.
- Online exchanges can be arranged with a fee of 400/- per exchange.
